We are proud to carry Aurifil Cotton Mako 50 wt. thread.
We have the most popular solid colors as well as
all of the variegated varieties.
We love this thread - great for piecing, strong enough for machine
quilting,
and pretty enough for embroidery. Try it and you will love it too!

Project Linus is
a 100% volunteer, nonprofit organization, named after the
security blanket-toting character in the Peanuts comic strip.
Project Linus has a two-fold
mission:
First, it is our mission to provide love, a sense of security,
warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill,
traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new,
handmade blankets and afghans, lovingly created by volunteer "blanketeers.":
Second, it is our mission to
provide a rewarding and fun service opportunity for interested
individuals and groups in local communities, for the benefit of
children.
Project Linus has 406 chapters representing all 50 United
States. As a result of the combined efforts of these dedicated "blanketeers,"
over 2,210.100 blankets have been donated to children in crisis
since its formation in December of 1995.
Blanket Tips and Sizes:
All Blankets must be new and homemade.
